How does the recipient redeem it?
Each voucher carries a QR code. The recipient shows it on their phone (or printed) at the store and we apply it at the till.
Can I send a voucher straight away?
Yes — once you confirm the order, we email the voucher to the recipient’s address in minutes.
Does it expire?
We’ll keep the voucher valid for redemption at the store. If you’re not sure, drop us a line and we’ll check on our side.
Can it be redeemed for cash?
No — vouchers are for purchases at the Newton Store and can’t be returned for cash or exchanged.
